Welcome to The Norwegian Way/ Knutsen Learn Norwegian. By purchasing our digital Norwegian language courses and/or booking one-on-one sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer digital Norwegian language courses accessible online and personalized one-on-one sessions conducted via Zoom.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Ordering: Orders can be placed through our website www.norwegianway.com. All orders are binding upon confirmation.
• Payment: Payments must be made in advance. Prices are listed in Norwegian kr and include applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

• Digital Live Courses: Access to digital course materials will be provided by email.
• One-on-One Sessions: Sessions will be scheduled upon mutual agreement. Invitation to Zoom meeting will be sent out on

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Digital Courses: Due to the immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once access has been granted.
• One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

6. User Obligations

Users agree to use the services for lawful purposes and refrain from sharing access credentials or course materials with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, The Norwegian Way is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We are not recording anything without asking for permission first. Normally we don´t record conversations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
